A Maryland native and Prince George’s County resident, Sean has been a licensed Realtor in Maryland and Washington DC for over 15+ years and an active real estate investor since 2016 while maintaining a successful Information Technology (IT) career as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer for the past 23+ years. Since 2012, I have helped manage an Information Technology/Construction contract valued at over $700,000,000.

As a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Probate Real Estate Expert (CPRES) Realtor in the Washington Metropolitan area, he specializes in helping his clients with short sales, as well as having an expertise with luxury homes, new construction, first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and rentals.

As an active real estate investor/mentor, he uses his expertise to coach his mentees in locating distressed B & C Class properties in stable markets with potential cash flow for Buy & Hold or high yield cash-on-cash return for Fix & Flip strategy. Sean and/or his companies have acquired over $2.4 million dollars of real estate and has successfully flipped several properties over the years. As a Realtor, Sean has assisted his clients to help buy, sell or invest in over $7.3 millions dollars of real estate throughout his career bringing the total real estate transactions, he’s been a part of over $10 million dollars.
