Historically the Real Estate asset class builds wealth more consistently than the other asset classes (Equities, Fix-Income & Debt, Money Market/Cash). Although acquiring assets in all four are important in building wealth, according to the Federal Reserve Survey of Consumer Finances, the primary residence along with  investment properties are by far the most important asset class for all net worth tiers up to $1 million in creating wealth. Franklin D. Roosevelt once said “Real Estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.” 

Unlike the other asset classes, real estate investing has over 18 various ways to invest that gives you the ability to grow your wealth generating an income three ways (Earned, Passive, & Portfolio). As an active real estate investor I’ve used various real estate investment strategies to generate earned, passive, and portfolio income to increase my overall net worth. I’ve successfully flipped several properties and have acquired over $2.5 million of real estate in the recent years, flipping 3 properties grossing over $300k. In addition to successfully flipping properties using my proven REI system, I’ve used seven other ways including property management, long-term and short-term (AIRBNB) buy & hold rentals to create multiple streams of income and passive cash-flow.
